MGSA Meeting minutes from 8-19-08

Meeting called to order by Wayne Cupples at 6:45 pm

Wayne informed everyone that we do not have fields for the fall and turned the floor over to DGSA ( Dawn)

DGSA talked about their season and how they could absorb us for the fall session

General discussion had as to practice fields why the city (Midlothian) does not have field space for us

 Wayne Cupples announced that he was there to resign

The DGSA Starts Sept 22^nd and we would have to have all of our teams ready by the third to take this option.

Motion made to play in DGSA for the fall only By L Howard,2 by B. McDaniel’s

Vote called Motion Passed

Motion made to have open registration by B McDaniel’s, 2^nd by I. Trevino

Vote called Motion Passed

More general discussion as to why the city does not have space for softball.

Meeting closed by Tater Beard Secretary as president had resigned at 8:28 pm
